Click on the "Competitions" Menu item above and then click on "My Preferences" link.

You can then select up to 5 teams that you want to track - the home page will then show your games scheduled for "this weekend" whatever that it....

For each team that you track, you can also give that team a label, such as the name of your player playing in that team

So it might show something like:
